I thought you just couldn’t freeze formula if you’re giving it to baby to drink, because freezing can break down/degrade the nutrients. Is there a safety reason why you can freeze purées prepared with formula?

I’ve been adding water to the veggies when I blend them (I didn’t cook sweet potato long enough when making my baby’s puree and it worked well) and then they can be frozen still. I’m loving the silicone containers that are an ounce or 2!

You can obviously ask your pediatrician but I always introduce peanut butter and eggs asap because those are high allergy ones and early exposure helps! Some people get nervous about those and legit give them in the parking lot of pediatrician but I just made sure to have Benadryl on hand! I mixed peanut butter with water so it’s nice and thin. Can even put it on their yogurt!
