22 dollars and hour after taxes and 401k equals about 600 a week that makes 2400 dollars, I think your math isnt correct

Hey so theres taxes: state, federal, and county taxes. Not including if you sign up for benefits. Rent, insurance of all kinds, if you have kids or a family, general bills and elective bills, car note, etc. and on top of this if you choose to have an animal. Im speaking from when i was in that same demographic you are explaining in this video.

So with a kid I also have to pay $350 every paycheck for insurance, $275 a week for daycare, higher rent, higher groceries. We spend $500 a week for all 3 kids

did you forget to account for taxes being taken out of paychecks? because you won't get that amount after they do. and not everyone makes $22 an hour either. and prices of some food will vary on location. not all prices are the same. especially rent and bills depending on the area you live.

Great! My fiance and I (both 26 years old) make under $20/ hour living in Colorado where rent alone is $1650 MINIMUM. Dual income. Both under $20/ hour. Living within our means and can barely do it. Thanks though!
