I appreciate your concern, but I think there was a misunderstanding. I’m using a brush specifically made for my face, not the same one I use for my teeth. I’ve been doing this for 14 years, so I’m proof that your theory is wrong and my skin has only benefited from my routine.

Does the same apply to dry brushing on your body? It helped me a ton with strawberry skin and even razor bumps, overall my skin has been miles better after dry brushing for a year consistently but will it have mostly negative effects long term ?

1st it’s a very soft bristle brush which isn’t harsh on the skin. 2nd it’s not the same toothbrush that she uses for her teeth 🤦🏻♀️before opening your mouth watch the whole video
