I contemplated spending money for a product similar to this then I decided to use vinegar and baking soda. After scrubbing it with a cloth, rinsing it with water and drying it the yellow was gone and the clarity was restored. Now my 2015 Rav 4 looks amazing!

It worked but not that well. My lights went from dark yellow to pale yellow. I definitely see a difference, but as i said, not as shiny as this video shows
