this one and the one about the woman from a culture that heavily used coconut/coconut oil. But she hated it all her life. and then later on had twin girls and one of them kept having reactions to something. only to come back allergic to coconut. told the whole family about it. then she had her mom watch her girls one day only to get a frantic call from her mom to get to the hospital. come to find out her daughter died and it was because her own MOTHER put coconut oil on both girls and the girl died of an allergic reaction to it.

If I remember correctly, he came back during the pandemic and said every day is a struggle but he got a dog and is working through it.

The one I always think about was the woman who was about to give birth and her husband was basically mourning her dying in birth. Him and his father were doing odd things. She never posted again.

The way he describes her lies, manipulations, and lack of remorse or regret makes her sound like a psychopath.

I was on Reddit live during this time. It changed how people responded to posters and to be careful. He was in the mist of trying to get himself and the kids away from her safely. It was so extremely sad. He tried so hard.

Does anyone remember the pregnant woman and the paranoid husband and father in law? The duo were deeply traumatized because his mother passed away in child birth and they were convinced she would as well… to the point that folks were convinced the father in law would do something….

I that was the tamest advice I've seen on Reddit. Counseling and then after multiple attempts failing he went for the divorce? Very valid.

the one reddit story that still blows my mind was the husband that tracked how often he and his wife were intimate on a excel sheet for like 6 months.

My heart breaks for those kids they didn’t deserve to be taken away from their father and the world this soon. I will never understand people who take their children’s lives just so the other parent doesn’t take them it’s so messed up 😞

This story and the Reddit commenters who incorrectly misidentified the Boston City attackers which caused the wrongful arrest and ultimate self unaliving of a completely innocent and unrelated person both stick with me.
