Some people book a $130 room in NYC and expect The Ritz. As long as it’s a clean and safe place to sleep, I’d say that’s about the right price.

While I understand it’s New York, in my city I can stay at a hotel for under $90 that has a king sized bed, a couch, a desk, a tv, a bathroom, a kitchen, free breakfast in the morning, a pool and a gym. This is genuinely a rip off 😂

you can get a 2 queen bed 1 bathroom with shower and cable TV in Iowa with a extra sink and mirror and a couch for 80$ in southeast Iowa
