There isn’t any hexane in the final product especially when heating it to cook with. The omega 3 to omega 6 ratio being inflammatory is completely made up.

we look for oils that are organic, cold pressed, SINGLE ORIGIN,hexane free -- I do olive oil for cold preparations and avocado for frying, which may still be toxic- but not like canola 😆😆 so Mr. VV, what about the specific sesame oil mentioned in the comment tho? I'm assuming, depending on the quality, it might be ok because you usually use it as a flavoring oil not too deep fry in. maybe I'm wrong.
