Agree! gel kayanos 30 series all the way. I also have the nimbus 27 and my heels started hurting after not walking long and with the kayanos my feet almost never hurt. I have flat feet 👣

you need something w a good heel counter and a slightly higher heel drop to not strain your achilles. the ascics you said were good the new balance 860 also. but you gotta start strengthening those dogs girl or else you gonna go in circles - your PT friend

In case you’re looking for something in addition to changing up your shoes. For years I suffered from plantar fasciitis, what I believe finally picks. My problem was doing towel. Pick up drills similar to what you’re seeing in this YouTube link

Mine were bad and my solution was wearing shoes with support inside the house. I wear Birkenstocks that are only for inside. It really helped!

Only ones I have found that work at the ASIC gel nimbus 27 I haven’t tried the 28 but I will shout how amazing they are from the rooftops with planter fasciitis @ASICS
