@itvnews: An investigation has been launched after the medical records of a three-year-old boy injured in a crocodile enclosure were accessed by around 40 members of hospital staff. The boy was attacked in the crocodile pit at Johnsons of Old Hurst near Huntingdon last week and is now in a stable condition. The trust which runs Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge has referred itself to the Information Commissioner’s Office and says it is investigating whether all the workers had a legitimate reason for looking at his information.
