Genuinely asking…how do you explain when Jesus says to the thief on the cross “today you will be in paradise with me”? It sounds like we go to some paradise (maybe not heaven exactly) where Jesus is

I agree that “ghosts” are demons. Our spirits do not wander the earth. That’s the only part of this video I agree with.

dont mean to upset people but i want to spread the gospel. So here we go. There is no greater love than that of Christ, who gave his life for us even when we didn't deserve it. And although he died, he didn't remain in the grave: on the third day he rose again, conquering death, proving that in him there is life, power, and redemption. He is alive today, present, touching hearts, transforming lives. Amen 🙏🏽

Departed souls are in heaven. Ephesians 4:8-9 " Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men. (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?" This is referring to the Old Testament saints the were being held in Abraham's Bosom in the bosom of the earth that were taken into heaven when the Christ instituted the New Testament at His death. Now Paul tell us that when we are absent from the body we're present with the Lord. 2 Corinthians 5:6-8 "Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord: (For we walk by faith, not by sight:) We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord."

I thought the departed went to Sheol until Jesus’ return. Is that not correct?

We will be with Jesus when we die; to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Also, “today you will be with me in paradise” and also, the parable of Lazarus and the Rich man. The rich man was in agony wanting a drop of water, but a large chasm separated him from Lazarus who was with Abraham.

But when we die, we're not just dead, black screen, unaware of anything. We're with Jesus. He told the penitent thief who asked Jesus to remember him when he came into his kingdom, "truly I say to you, today you will be with me in paradise." When we die, we will be with Jesus. Our body will remain, but not our spirit.

Yes, consider this - there were 11 people in the Bible resurrected from death, None of them mentioned whats beyond the grave. Tabitha was resurrected by Peter after Jesus ascended. She said absolutely nothing about being present with Jesus in Heaven. And also she would’ve been a tad if not a lot upset to be brought back from a glorious existence in heaven with Jesus to her life of constant ministry, work to help others & giving to others. Which is why the city of Joppa was so upset about her death. They wanted her back to continue her constant care for others. And they also loved her too. But it wouldnt be fair to bring anybody back IF they were in Heavan. Like Jesus said about Lazarus, theyre “asleep.” Until day of redemption.

I don't know what they were, but I have lived in houses with spirits. One was attacking me with voices and sleep paralysis. We moved and I will not watch any movies or shows that have demons or ghosts. I haven't been experienced any of those since.

But the Bible says that to be absent from the body is to be present with the LORD. When a Christian dies they DO go to Heaven but without their glorified body. That body comes when the rapture happens

Both Enoch and Elijah were taken up to heaven without having to experience death. I’m not saying I know more than Taco, he’s cool. But between these two things and Jesus literally telling the thief you will he with me THIS DAY in paradise, there’s obviously spiritual wisdom that has not yet manifested to all of us yet, not just Taco.

So I have a strange view point about this, I believe that we are all already in heaven, atleast those that make it to heaven. So heaven exists outside of space/time so this would mean that there is no past or present in heaven/afterlife. when you die you instant wake to the rapture because you leave the space/time bubble we are confined to.

I have a question, and may I say I haven’t fully read my bible. If we are just in the ground waiting for the second coming of Christ, where does our soul go? Does it just wait with our bodies or does it automatically go to Judgement??
