As an insurance specialist (which includes MVA and W/C), PLEASE keep your appointments!! Even if they’re once a month. ALWAYS talk about your pain or symptoms or ANY issues due to the accident these companies don’t want to pay anything, don’t give them any wiggle room

A lot of people do this get dropped by their lawyer and get stuck with a bill. I got a settlement of 55 k and the bills alone were 15 k they wanted me to get more MRIS and go see specialist only to find out 55 k was the insurance max for the accident

When i was young me and my mom got into car accident i was playing sports at the time and we had track tournaments coming up i couldn’t go bc i had to go chiropractor i was mad asf but my mom was like we gotta go or we wouldn’t get paid and we got paid
