This was in 2018 in Texas. The mother was Adriane Moss. The police got there and she was getting out of the truck. They arrested her and police said the temperature outside was 104 degrees and 123 degrees inside the truck. She had a bond of $15000 and bailed out.

The safety lock in my car is on the driver's side. So, the mother has full control of the vehicle, locks, etc. This child did a wonderful job at calling 911.🙏❤️
