I get migraines, when it’s a true migraine you can’t keep your eyes open, scroll on your phone etc. you need a dark room and silence

I can tell you I birthed 5 children and my migraines straight up take me out. Throwing up can’t see, I can’t just “ push through”

Postpartum nurse here. I promise we only make you get up and move bc it prevents other complications such as DVT’s and we make you go to the bathroom so we don’t have to place another catheter in you. We get it it’s not fun and I hate it for yall but we are trying to get you feeling better and home with your babies as soon as we can! When I have a mama that just can’t I don’t force it. We have time to try again.

Most people get up after a C-section 😂😭 sorry but I legit cleaned the bathroom in the hospital not even 5 hours after I had my c section lol

Migraines are their own beast. I’m grateful my kids are 13/18 years old. They help take care of mom now. Both of them was c sections and they are pushy after c sections lol 😂 even 18 years ago!

I remember with my son who is now 19 when I had my c section they had me up walking the next day to. Also I get migraines to and I would ask your dr about ubrelvy it’s wonderful it helps me so much.
