I personally have a hard time (in life) understanding humans idolizing another human; like someone who plays sports, or someone famous. I’ve never understood that. I remember when Elvis passed (I just aged myself😂) I only remember because one of our neighbors had a literal whole melt down, cried for days. I asked my Mom “what’s wrong with her?” Mom told me, and the math didn’t math for me, bc when her 6 yr old Daughter died, she showed no emotion. I thought I was weird for crying over my friend passing. I wonder if that made me skeptical of people from such a young age? I guess I feel like it did, but idk? I understand now that Ppl present in different ways with different grief, and emotions- or none. I guess it was a good life lesson for me eitherway🙇🏼♀️More shadow work unlocked 📝 thank you for the inspo, Megan. (I hope you’re feeling so much better❤️🩹) sorry for the long ass comment.

This is so good 🫶 I’ve been reading tarot for over 30 years and I don’t ever wanna be that famous lol. It took a lot for me to put myself out there on TikTok, especially as a medium, because even after all this time, I still doubt myself. No matter how many people I teach, no matter how many readings leave me in shock of what I brought through….. It’s still creeps in. People forget that we are human. More importantly, I think sometimes we forget it too 🫶

I think us humans even in personal relationships (platonic or romantic) want to believe the best in people and their potential and it is unfortunately a recipe for disaster. We’re all human, we all make mistakes. Perfection will never exist on this planet. Could not agree more about not putting your idol or anyone on a pedestal for that matter. Your idols can make mistakes and still be good people. It’s okay. It’s normal.

She was 23. People who actually followed her knew she had issues growing up. She then had issues with someone online. She’s young. She’s still finding her way. She only did collective readings on line and only offered a certain number of private readings.

I have to say that the social media aspect of mediumship or as I do , teach about healing grief , is the hardest part. In shows ppl pay to see you they want to be there. Social media has ppl who have opinions and unwanted abuse because of their beliefs. Then there are the ppl who copy accounts and scam your ppl. It’s hard work and I think TikTok is the worst hence why I don’t really use this app at all except to scroll here and there.
