I have a high SHBG (86) and low free testosterone (0.9). My libido is non existent. I've decided to stop birth control (been on it for 8 months). I have pcos and a pituitary microadenoma that is nonfunctional.

My SHBG is 100. But my free testosterone is <0.04 😳 can’t suck up what’s not there… I feel like crap 😅

My SHBG is very low yet all the metabolic markers are excellent, however body composition is bad. I am also on TRT and i have chronicly elevated IGF1 with no acromegaly.

It might affect free testosterone not total. Mine levels are in the green so no worries.
