@chelseahandler: After working out with @Ben Bruno for what seems like forever, I’m stronger now at 51 than I was at 39. When we started, I used 5-pound dumbbells because I was scared to bulk up, and now he’s got me lifting 35-pound dumbbells and I’m leaner than I’ve ever been. Ben just launched a brand-new workout app that basically just shares the workouts that we’ve done together over the years. It has programs for people of all levels from beginner to advanced, so whether you’re where I was 11 years ago just starting out, or you’re a New Jersey gym rat like I am now, there are workouts for you. I actually use the app when I travel, and the workouts are easy to follow and virtually the same as what I do with him in person. It actually feels like Ben is right there with you in the gym, which is the only bad part because he annoys the shit out of me.
