@obsessedwithcashews: 🍰Click the link in my bio for ALL recipes ☺️ 🍰Vanilla Lava Cake Vanilla Cake * 1 3/4 cups + 2 tbsp cake flour * 2 tbsp + 1 tsp cornstarch * 1 3/4 tsp baking powder * Scant 1/2 tsp baking soda * 1/2 tsp fine sea salt * 1 cup + 2 tbsp granulated sugar * Scant 1/2 cup neutral oil * Heaping 1/2 cup plain unsweetened yogurt of choice * 3/4 cup milk of choice * 2 1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar * 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla bean paste * 1/8 tsp almond extract Instructions 1. Preheat 350°F. Line a 9x9 pan. 2. Whisk wet ingredients. 3. Add dry ingredients. 4. Mix just until smooth. 5. Pour into pan. 6. Bake 25-30 min. 7. Cool completely. Vanilla Bean Lava * 1/2 cup butter of choice * 1/4 cup heavy cream of choice * 1 cup powdered sugar * 1 tbsp light corn syrup or glucose * 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste * 1/8 tsp fine sea salt Instructions 1. Melt butter + cream. 2. Whisk in powdered sugar. 3. Add corn syrup, vanilla, and salt. 4. Rest until pourable. Vanilla Buttercream * 1/2 cup butter of choice * 2 cups powdered sugar * 1 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste * 1/8 tsp fine sea salt * Up to 1/4 cup heavy cream of choice, room temperature Instructions 1. Beat butter. 2. Add powdered sugar. 3. Add vanilla + salt. 4. Stream in cream, mix on low until silky. Assembly 1. Frost cooled cake. 2. Slice into squares. 3. Warm lava if needed. 4.
