@purrroxy: I’ve been watching a lot of true crime and rescue videos as of late so seeing this horrible imagery from a distance, not knowing where it is because I’m not familiar with this part of New York, not knowing if there’s anyone inside, any animals, if it’s spreading, etc. was genuinely so upsetting to me. I sounded winded because I was genuinely terrified for whatever could be going on in that building while I was driving to the toll booths. It’s not like I could’ve done anything about it that would’ve helped and that feeling destroys me sometimes.
