for anyone wondering, the Hotel is DoubleTree by Hilton, in Nathia Gali. it is an hour and a half drive from islamabad, a half an hour drive from murree and very close by to the nathia bazaar

I recognised DoubleTree by Hilton as soon as the video started because I stayed there and let me tell you, it was such a luxurious and amazing experience, what stood out for me the MOST was the staff. the staff made you feel so VIP and they were always ready to help you in any thing, they were all so kind and so welcoming and the hotel itself was amazing. in my personal opinion, the staff made my stay worth it because last thing I want on a vacation is to be worrying about carrying my luggage or parking or having to be stressed about all the different things that they're staff quietly and respectfully managed for us. gave them the biggest review on Google and will always recommend people to visit Nathia Gali and stay there
