You don’t have to be perfect every day, just try to do a little better every day. Doing it consistently will lead to improvements in yourself. I have recently discovered the magic of making meals that I can make on a cookie sheet with foil over it so cleanup is easier. Example: beyond steak bites and broccoli in oven, toss in jarred curry sauce , serve over microwave rice.

I got a few plastic trays, and they just put parchment paper in them, dive bar style. So much easier to cook when the cleaning is just a rinse with soap

Something that helps me on hard days is setting a timer. 15 or 20 minutes and I clean EVERYTHING I can in that time limit. It’s crazy how much can actually get done in 15 minutes

One thing that helps me, I get a bulk thing of 500 or 750 paper trays instead of paper plates. It’s smaller and cheaper so it’s perfect for me and my young kids and lasts agessss!
