I just want to clarify that my opinion about applying tretinoin on damp skin is based on my personal experience. The first time I used tretinoin, I applied it on dry skin and experienced no peeling, irritation, or improvement in my acne, so I stopped using it. Recently, I started applying it on damp skin, and it has worked much better for me. That doesn’t mean it’ll work the same way for everyone. Skincare is highly individual,what works for me may not work for someone else. I’m simply sharing what made a difference in my own routine, not saying it’s the only correct way to use tretinoin.
