This movie means a lot to me bc it reflects my life as a kid n as a teen. I always hated visiting my relatives bc I couldn’t stop comparing their lives to mine, and it hurt every single time. When I lived in a basement apartment, I was even scared to leave the house bc I was terrified of running into my classmates. I was always afraid that I smelled bad. Bc of that fear, I barely talked to anyone and grew up really quiet, isolated loser. Even now that I’m in university, that fear hasn’t completely gone away. I grew up wo any close friends. I still overthink how I smell, what I’m wearing, and even the way I speak.

I don't even know the show but I'm glad I saw this. I had the same thought as a kid. I used to hear my classmates say "I love the rain" "Rainy days are so peaceful" meanwhile I was living in poverty and struggled with the rain because the roof would leak and our stuff outside got messed up and wet and we had to do a lot of chores and preparations before the rain comes.
