Absolutely not, I am not going to hide who I am to catfish someone into thinking I’m something else. I am a professional working in a professional environment and will not change who I am to impress someone.

Have never covered my tattoos for a job interview. Has never hurt my chances. If you’re qualified for the job they will hire you. They can ask you to cover them but they won’t not hire you unless you’re not qualified. Nobody judges me differently then when I had small tattoos all visible to now a sleeve. I can say I don’t have any face or hand tattoos. Those maybe will cause you to loose a job since most places don’t like them. But with my line of work most people have tattoos and with it being 2026 most people don’t care

Can I ask what state you’re in? I’m in San Diego and I’ve seen people post videos about feeling judged about their tattoos and I’ve never felt this way? Maybe because I’m in SD? Just curious how demographics play into it all

My favorite is wearing long sleeves to things and then a few weeks later showing up with all of them. The look on people's faces is always so priceless 😂 Love surprising people with kindness and smarts then my ink.

This is why all of my tattoos can be covered in a suit. I may be sleeved and covered - but I’ll look like a choir boy for interviews.

I tend to cover mine during the interviewing phase of getting a job too. I work for a private school, covered them, and got the job. My boss at the time after seeing them helped me plan my next one. Man I miss her.

It depends on what I’m doing. For job interviews, speaking engagements, etc and I want the attention focused on what I’m saying, I’ll cover my tattoos. I know they can be distracting.
