@careercoachjp: I’ve lived in Japan for almost 6 years, and one of my biggest lessons is that I’ll always be a foreigner here… Even if I get permanent residency or change my nationality one day, I still look different, I grew up in a different culture, and that’s okay. It doesn’t make me feel less welcome 🙂 In fact, what continues to impress me is how patient and kind Japanese people have been throughout my journey🙏 I’ve met hundreds of Japanese professionals through business meetings, networking events, sales, and recruitment. I’ve spoken plenty of broken Japanese, made mistakes, and even done cold outreach. Yet I’ve rarely experienced someone reacting aggressively or making me feel embarrassed. Most people stay polite, listen carefully, and try to understand.🙇🏼♀️ Of course, no country is perfect. Japan has people who don’t like foreigners, just as every country does. But based on my own experience, Japan has been one of the most peaceful and welcoming places I’ve ever lived. I also think many opinions about Japan come from reading stories online without seeing the full picture. The same goes for work culture. There isn’t one “Japanese work culture”—it depends on the company, the manager, and the team. I know many foreigners who specifically want to work for Japanese companies because they’ve had such positive experiences. Before forming an opinion about any country, it’s worth trying to understand both sides. Listen to people’s experiences, but also remember that everyone’s journey is different⭐️✨ #japan #japantravel #japanculture

It all depends on how one behaves over there, making viral "Logan Paul" stunts clearly won't do any good to anybody.
