So I mainly drink oatmilk bc it’s regionally produced in Scandinavia where I live, and that is something I care about, but this was a solid pitch for soy. I do think it’s common for coffee shops here to still carry all three usually though.

As a brand new vegan, I've been trying out the different alternative milks, and I've been wondering why it's so hard to find soy milk, because it is nutritionally superior and it tastes really good and has a creaminess to it that's really good in coffee drinks.

Soy milk is 1000% better. It also has calcium in it unlike oat milk. As a lactose girlie I’ve been drinking soy milk since like 2008

Personally I’m grateful for oat becoming the new default because I’ve always really disliked the taste of soy milk 😭 but I’ve never been to a coffeeshop where they had milk alternatives and they didn’t have soy.

I don't think you're wrong but also soy is one of the top 8 allergens. I've been vegan 20 years and I'm soy intolerant so the rise of nut milks and oat milk has been amazing

Tofu too I used to eat so much of it…and I would get asked “if my estrogen was too high” I wishhhh I could. I have high testosterone pcos girly and it never upped my estrogen
