Its oil. Crank case ventilation moved gases from inside the engine to the air box. Those gases Include tiny bits of oil. Perfectly normal—nothing to worry about. Tiny amounts of oil in the air box is actually a good thing, because dust particles stick to it and makes the filter more efficient. I recommend tou periodically wipe the exterior of the air box just to prevent staining on the bike itself.

As a certified motorcycle mechanic, my official assessment would suggest that it’s just sad. My professional recommendation would be to take it out for ice cream and give it a nice long hug.

pure uneducated guess, if it doesn't smell and doesn't .... taste 😭 then it might genuinely be dirty water, dk how it would be in there but my guesses is that some how there's water in the air box
