@drbeckyatgoodinside: Here's something I wish someone had told me when I was a new parent: You're not the only one who feels a wave of dread as the sun starts to go down. I call them the "sundown scaries." That feeling that another long evening is beginning, that you have no idea what the night will bring, and somehow everyone else seems to be handling it better than you. They're real. And they're so much more common than most parents realize. I also wish someone had told me that I didn't have to figure it all out on my own. That's why I want to do something about it. I'm hosting a FREE 30-minute workshop on June 29 at 12 PM ET with @goodinsidebaby Sleep Expert Jilly Blankenship. We'll talk honestly about those first nights home, what to expect, what's normal, and how to make them feel a little less overwhelming. Link in bio to RSVP. P.S. If you're in it right now, here's what I want you to know: this is so real. And there will be a 5 p.m. when you don't feel this way. I can't tell you exactly when. It'll probably take a little longer than you want it to. But it will come.
