@berra_be_healthy: If antihistamines help your sinus symptoms, they’ve just given you a clue. That clue is that histamine is part of the picture. The next question isn’t, “Which antihistamine should I take?” It’s, “Why is my body struggling to handle histamine in the first place?” This is exactly what I help my clients work out. For many people, poor histamine control is linked to things like: • Gut imbalances • Nutrient deficiencies • Chronic stress and a dysregulated nervous system Antihistamines can be useful for turning the volume down on symptoms, but if you never address why histamine is becoming a problem, the symptoms often keep coming back. That’s why I don’t just focus on the sinuses—I look at the internal environment that’s driving them. Comment ‘SINUS’ if you’re tired of just managing the symptoms and want to understand the cause
thank you for your advice!! I have managed to wake up without being completely bunged up!! 😊

Histamine isn’t the enemy. It’s an important chemical in the body. The question is: why is your “histamine bucket” overflowing?
