Been really struggling with body dysmorphia these last 2 weeks especially. It’s like when you’re stuck in this constant state of being uncomfortable in your body every other aspect of life becomes uncomfortable too. And that thought cycle keeps triggering further negative thoughts which just propel you downstream faster than you can process what’s actually going on. I think these last 2 days I’ve been doing way better. Just being a little nicer to myself and realizing how I feel about the flaws I see within myself won’t matter in 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 years from now. The only thing that matters is the habits I allow myself to grow and evolve from. I didn’t post this video 2 weeks ago because I felt embarrassed, I’m still getting used to the weight and I hold myself to a different standard. I wasn’t happy shredded and I sure as hell am not happy now. But that has nothing to do with my appearance. That’s simply just a variable. This all stems from the relationship I have with myself and honestly I’ve been a shitty partner this month. So the goal is to build that relationship again. Mind, body, soul. Hope you guys can see me grow from it
