I always take my face wash with me to the gym. Wash my hands, wash my face dry it and then do my cardio. And then afterwards do it again and follow up with moisturiser and sunscreen

I was telling my sister exactly this! Sweat on the face is unreal for the skin. Just don’t let it dry and rinse it off after. I looked it up at the time too because I was interested and sweat contains dermcidin which is antimicrobial. My skin has finally reached balance where I find I don’t even need to use a cleanser or moisturiser every day. I’m using tret every night, moisturiser only when I feel i need it, and sunscreen every morning. The biggest thing I learned from you is to listen to your skin instead of copying someone else exactly

I think any form of cardio is good doesn’t have to be staircase master because personally for me I like doing inline treadmill or aim for 10-15k steps a day w strength training :) But do what you enjoy so you can do it more

Why has my skin got worse ? I go 3 times a week run 3 times always wash my face straight after gym ive even stopped things like Azaleiac acid and have just kept retinal 4 times a week and cetaphil moisturiser and byoma milky toner thats it ! I double cleanse every night its exhausting

Does exercise that raises heart rate affect acne? Cus your body might feel it’s under stress? I found when I was doing high intensity training for a hyrox my skin got worse? So now I get worried when I run about my heart rate all the time😂
