I’ve been taking it for 5 months…. And my complexion is fucked. (It was fucked before I started taking it) I’ve bought it from micro ingredients. I’m still taking it… hoping the benefits will kick in. But I’m doing all the right things with no results.

I use this exact astaxanthin. I’ve used it for 240 days religiously. I’m not tanned. No anti aging benefits. It may help with combating viruses and bacteria because I haven’t been “sick” in over a year.

Same I’ve been taking for almost 2 years. Hard to tell benefits, I do have a tannish glow but believe it’s more than that helping from the inside. As a cancer survivor I believe in it for preventative! I’m happy I’ve stayed with Micro Ingredients for sure!
