I agree it should be a national holiday. Everybody across the nation has a day off to go vote. If a business has to be open because they’re essential hospital staff, first responders, Police. They have to work part of the day. And it’s a paid day off.

The distrust is especially bad here in CA. Between the election month, statistically impossible votes, floods of mail-ins, and the Stop Nick Shirley act, we have zero trust in our elections. I’m not even certain that my vote is actually being counted towards what I voted for, if it’s counted at all.
