@webloved: How I build with Claude 👇 Academy in bio 🔗 That virtual showroom you move through is a real time 3D space, not a video. The build: The whole room is a 3D scene rendered with WebGL, the gallery is a 3D model you load once and then glide a camera through, so it is an actual navigable space instead of a flat clip. The spotlights are real 3D lights casting real cones and shadows onto the shelves, that live lighting is what tricks your brain into reading it as a physical room rather than a render. Every material sample on the wall is a textured plane, you map the tile photo onto a flat plane and add a normal map so the surface catches light and looks raised, that is how you show hundreds of materials without hundreds of models. The navigation is guided, the camera follows a fixed path as you scroll so you explore without ever getting lost, that is the unusual navigation that wins awards. The whole interface sticks to two colors, cream and near black, so nothing competes with the materials. Save this if you want immersive 3D showrooms 🏛️ #claude #buildinpublic #webdesign #3d #fyp
