There is no world in which a ribeye patty is worth it. Unless it’s a custom order, I can’t even imagine a butcher being able to sell those. Cheap hamburger makes the best hamburgers. Even a ground brisket, which is 1/4 the price of a ribeye, makes better hamburger.
