@dana_conway: If you wanna cha cha cha with me…please wait for cooler weather😏🥵Welcome back to “Single, but cooking like someone’s falling for me tonight.” Who’s hungry?👀 Steak Salad🥩 Ingredients •1 ribeye steak (approx. 250–300g) •1 bag rocket •1 avocado, diced •100g sun-blushed tomatoes in oil roughly chopped •3 chilli peppers, finely diced •Large handful fresh coriander, roughly chopped •75g feta cheese, crumbled •Handful pickled onions •Salt and black pepper Dressing •2 tbsp oil from the sun-blushed tomatoes •1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil •Juice of ½ lemon •Salt and black pepper, to taste Method 1. Season the ribeye generously with salt and pepper. Cook in a hot pan to your preferred doneness 2. Toss together the rocket, diced avocado, sun-blushed tomatoes, sliced chillies, coriander and pickled onions with your salad dressing 3. Slice the steak and arrange on top 4. Crumble over the feta cheese and pomegranate seeds #bikiniseason
