Strawberry phyllo pie 🍓 5 sheets phyllo dough 25 g butter Filling: 300 g cream cheese 2 egg yolks 5 tbsp powdered sugar 2 tbsp cornstarch 300 g strawberries 30 g almond flakes Brush each phyllo sheet with melted butter and place into the baking dish. Mix cream cheese with egg yolks, powdered sugar and cornstarch. Add the cream and strawberries onto the dough, fold the edges, brush with butter and sprinkle with almond flakes. Bake at 170°C top-bottom heat for 35 minutes. Pastel de masa filo con fresas 🍓 5 hojas de masa filo 25 g mantequilla Relleno: 300 g queso crema 2 yemas 5 cdas azúcar glas 2 cdas maicena 300 g fresas 30 g láminas de almendra Pincelar cada hoja de masa filo con mantequilla derretida y colocar en el molde. Mezclar el queso crema con las yemas, azúcar glas y maicena. Colocar la crema y las fresas sobre la masa, cerrar los bordes, pincelar con mantequilla y espolvorear almendra.
