I’m 61 years old I’ve been doing my nails for maybe 25 years. I self told myself I started with sculptured nails and then I moved onto gel tips which is so much easier but anyway I used to peel off my nails also and I my thumbnail got so damaged that I lost it and I had to wait for it to grow back so my suggestion to you is take the time soak them off. I bought one of those little steamers on Amazon you add the acetone in it. You soak your nails in there. It warms up and you scrape them off. It is so much better.

if you keep ripping your nails off get a peel off base!! and use it as glue use a thin layer and when you rip them off your natural nails won’t get that damaged
