Something people don’t realize is hospitals will offer a tour to expecting moms if you ask. You can ask them to show you what’s provided and what’s not. This can ease a lot of stress an anxiety about the unknowns. Never hesitate to ask

Everyone talks about how terrible the hospital peri bottles are but honestly, I didn’t mind it at all and I’d rather just use the one given to me than go buy one that I’ll more than likely never use again.

For both of my deliveries I only took clothes for postpartum, 2 baby outfits, toiletries, phone chargers and some slippers/shower shoes.

Bringing my stroller fan was the best decision I ever made! And my own big water bottle. The hospital ones have gotten smaller over the years 😂
