I’ve noticed that sometimes when I’m falling asleep, I put my thumb between my index and middle finger. Totally agree it has to do with safety and regulating, spiritually and physically.

I used to have sleep paralysis that brought me so much fear almost every night it always felt super demonic then I got my dog 8 years ago and she has slept with me sense the day I got her as a puppy and she would stay in bed all night till I woke up (even at 3 months old) anyways iv never had one sense the day I brought her home… I think she protected/saved me from somthing negative

I remember when I was a kid maybe 5 or 6 I would wake up and my hands were all the way open and they were really numb and it would take a minute to able to close them. What's that mean do you know?

Good to realize that sleeping with open hands is a good thing. On dreaming, it seems odd (but nice) that I’ve been dreaming every night for a couple of weeks now. Not sure what that’s all about?

I will have dreams where I’m physically thrashing around, kicking, arms going too. And then I’ll sleep talk, or rather Yell & Curse. I’m processing mostly anger I’ve stuffed down from not speaking up in the precise initial moment. It’s all super intriguing!! :) Thank you for sharing!
