Secondly, the merit list only mentions names and does not show marks or merit details, which raises concerns about transparency. Another issue is that several doctors have been selected in more than one district. For example, one of my friends has been selected in both Peshawar and Swabi. Moreover, this is a Medical Officer post, not a Consultant post. Why are consultants applying for it? Realistically, consultants are unlikely to work in BHUs. In addition, FCPS-qualified candidates receive an extra 20 marks, which gives them a significant advantage over Medical Officers. If the post is specifically for Medical Officers, then the recruitment criteria should reflect that.
