Customers always got mad at me when I worked in garden because they were looking for something specific and I knew nothing about the plants. Like I don’t know what to tell yall, they don’t tell us what we have, we don’t stock the plants, and we can’t look them up because we don’t keep inventory since they’re pay by scan!

as someone who has about 8 years of tools experience, I would never come into a store and expect everyone associate to know how to build a damn rocket. like, that's crazy. the best we can do is look it up, and you het your bottom dollar i'm making the customer learn with me.
