Zoll charting is worse. Our service switched from ImageTrend to Zoll and is was an absolute shitshow. We switched back after our contact was up.

the worst part is that the companies/ems organizations usually only buy the cloud service platform and not realize that we still to access to the program without internet...just give us a damn hard program like when this stuff first came out. we will figure out syncing the data later.

Man, I’ve used like three or four different EMS charting software’s and then probably three different hospital charting software and they’re all terrible. Nothing is worth a fuck.
