@tylerpath: The key to a great set up on any dumbbell press, whether it be a dumbbell shoulder press or dumbbell bench press, is not wasting energy getting the dumbbells up into the starting position. Ideally, the best way to do this, in my opinion, is to shimmy the dumbbells down to your knees so you can kick up or knee up each dumbbell one by one. #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding
