I would say you drank it on an empty stomach. Caffeine needs to be absorbed more slowly. When you’re starving the rapid absorption will cause you to be extremely jittery.

nurse here. please be careful. all of these types of drinks can be so dangerous and there have been unnecessary deaths from these. not trying to be a buzz kill. Brands r making money off of things that are making us sick etc. Just like vapes.
