By me turning the question around on them (how many kids do you think i have etc) my grade three class have concluded that I have either 2 or 3 kids and that I don’t know how old I am (I have no kids and definitely know how old I am) lmao

As someone who is a young teacher, parents don’t react well when they find out how young their kid’s teacher is. Less age not good enough for them, well atleast in my case

I tried this with my students but they started bringing up music artists and I had to say my peace on them lol they quickly found out that if I was in high school when Tyler the creator was a big deal that means…. Their brains worked so hard 😂

In my country it's normal that Teachers are friends with students, the students actually know about us as much as we know about them! We even use first names too🤭😂
