I'm getting braces soon and I have a bit of an overbite I have 14 teeth on the top and 12 on the bottom the dentist said I should get the 2 removed on the top back yet there's noting wrong with them but I've seen people say don't remove teeth idk so I guess my question is do u need equal teeth on top and bottom to fix an overbite
