Vet assistant here. Sometimes the adrenaline they get at the vet hospital can fuel them enough to walk around. I would 100% still get tests done. I’ve seen it countless times

My dog did the same. When he realized he was at the vet he was miraculously cured. Dad looks like he wants to strangle the dog. 😂
