I have a Bilt account through my apartment complex. It’s an expensive place. I get 250 points per month. A cheap flight in economy is 21,000 points. it’ll take me 10 years to earn a free cheap flight. Meh.

You get 400 dollars of resy credit, 300 lulu lemon credit, 600 dollar hotel credit, 200 dollar airline credit, among other credits in the plat — thats already well above the AF. Why would you get the card if you’d never use the centurion lounge, its a moot point, why even consider that when rating the card. Plat is easily an S tier card

If my Mortgage even offered a CC as an option, their CC processor would charge them 2.5-3.5%. Hard to believe they would not charge that back so how could anyone justify that. Yes BILT wouldn’t charge their cardholders, but the mortgage company or apartment complex will get charged on their end and they won’t just eat that.
