I think you're all lame. Being "fit" is supposed to enhance your life, not dictate it. I'm not much of a drinker or or a smoker, I have kids and I'm a little older than the rest of you. Having said that, I am jacked and have been a visibly fit person for my entire adult life. Balance is for people who are mid, fuck balance. Life is to be lived. Eat the food, enjoy the beer with your friends, have a puff and eat doritos, train your ass off, eat your veggies, eat your protein but for fuck sakes, live your god damn life. You only get one. Getting smashed every weekend is a waste and so is hanging out on a weekend and eating fucking protein muffins. Go do something.
