@crmnallyobsessed: SEE SOMETHING! SAY SOMETHING! A Florida resident could've looked the other way after finding this heartbreaking video on their security camera — but they didn't. Instead, they reported what was on the camera to police, leading to Kiah Lowery, 36, being arrested for child abuse. The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office says Lowery was making Instacart deliveries with her 6-year-old son in tow on May 31. That's when a homeowner's doorbell camera captured her verbally and physically abusing the boy. Lowery ordered the child to help her carry a case of bottled water that was among the delivery items. Police say the water weighed 26 pounds, which is more than half what the child himself weighs (49 pounds). When he inevitably struggled and dropped the water, causing the package to burst and bottles to scatter on the ground, video shows Lowery chase the boy down and hit him in the face as he cries and shouts in pain. Police reports say when Lowery was confronted with the video, she claimed she was very busy with deliveries that day and was "overstimulated," and also claimed her son was being "defiant" leading up to the incident. Lowery's bond was set at $5,000, and she was ordered not to have any contact with the boy before her trial date. #caughtoncamera #security #florida #crimenews
